The first of six seminars in the Oregon Institute of Marine Biology's fall seminar series will feature Gustav Paulay, curator of marine malacology (the study of mollusks) at the Florida Museum of Natural History, addressing "What biodiversity surveys tell us about our knowledge of marine life."
